The initial Setup Fee covers the design, development, and deployment of your custom website. Once the build process begins, this setup fee is strictly non-refundable. This includes situations where you decide to cancel the project before completion, as the fee covers the labor and resources already allocated to your project.
Your monthly hosting fee covers server costs, SSL certificates, daily backups, and general maintenance. Payments are collected automatically each month. Failure to pay hosting fees may result in the temporary suspension of your website until arrears are cleared.
While we utilize top-tier cloud infrastructure (Vercel, AWS, Supabase) designed for 99.9% uptime, Citriq cannot be held liable for any loss of earnings, revenue, or business opportunities resulting from server downtime, software bugs, or third-party service failures. We provide the website "as-is" and do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
You are entirely responsible for the accuracy of the information displayed on your website. Citriq is not liable for any legal or financial repercussions resulting from incorrect pricing, false advertising, grammatical errors, or outdated contact information displayed on your site.
When you provide us with any images, logos, text, or other content (either via a cloud storage link or directly), you confirm that you own the rights to these materials or have obtained the necessary licenses for their commercial use. Citriq assumes no liability for any copyright infringement or legal disputes arising from the use of materials supplied by the Client.
To expedite the design process and provide you with a beautiful first draft, our team may utilize Artificial Intelligence (AI) generated imagery, royalty-free stock photos, or images pulled directly from your previous website. While we take care to use commercially cleared assets, it is ultimately your responsibility as the Client to review and approve all images and content on the staging link before the website goes live. By approving the website preview, you accept full responsibility and liability for the final published content.
You own the content, text, and images you provide for the website. If you decide to leave Citriq, you may request a "Website Archive" via your Client Portal. We will provide a ZIP file containing your website's static assets and source code. Please note, specialised backend infrastructure (like our dynamic quoting engines) remains the proprietary property of Citriq and cannot be exported.
