Cookie Policy

Last Updated: October 2026

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your computer or mobile device when you browse websites. They are widely used to make web applications work efficiently, provide secure user authentication, and remember your session preferences.

2. How Citriq Uses Cookies

We believe in zero-bloat technology. Citriq does not use invasive third-party ad tracking or cross-site tracking cookies. We only utilise cookies that are strictly essential for platform operation and security:

Strictly Essential & Authentication Cookies

Always Active

Powered by Supabase Auth to maintain your authenticated login session when managing your website in the Client Portal. Without these tokens, passwordless magic links and portal access cannot function.

Payment Security & Fraud Prevention

Always Active

Set by Stripe during the checkout and onboarding process to prevent fraudulent card attempts, maintain encrypted session state, and securely confirm subscription orders.

Session Preferences

Functional

Temporarily remembers your device viewport choices (Desktop/Tablet/Mobile) when reviewing website previews in the onboarding demo viewer.

3. Managing & Disabling Cookies

You can configure your web browser to reject or delete cookies via your browser settings (Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox). Please note that if you disable strictly essential cookies, you will not be able to log into the Citriq Client Portal or complete online checkouts.
